Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using JellySell ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by HAN-E LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Service

JellySell is a cross-platform marketplace management tool that allows sellers to manage listings, messages, and orders across multiple online marketplaces including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Depop, Grailed, and Vinted from a unified interface. Our service includes a web application and a Chrome browser extension.

Account Registration

To use JellySell, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age
• •Provide accurate and complete registration information
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Be the authorized owner of any marketplace accounts you connect

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Marketplace Integrations

When connecting third-party marketplace accounts, you acknowledge that:

• •You authorize JellySell to access your marketplace data through OAuth tokens and browser cookies
• •You remain subject to each marketplace's own terms of service and policies
• •JellySell is not responsible for actions taken by third-party marketplaces on your account
• •You may disconnect any marketplace account at any time from the Connections page

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JellySell to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or marketplace policies
• •List prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items
• •Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users

Subscription and Payments

JellySell offers free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• •Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• •Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Intellectual Property

JellySell and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HAN-E LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your own content and marketplace data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

JellySell is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that marketplace integrations will function at all times. Third-party marketplace APIs may change without notice, which may temporarily affect our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAN-E LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or sales, arising from your use of JellySell. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

All marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease and we will delete your stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of JellySell after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
